BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.”
- Rumi

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps restore the natural flow and stillness within the body, allowing release long-held tension, stress, and trauma.

Craniosacral Therapy

"The art of healing is listening with the hands and the heart, allowing the body's own intelligence to guide the process." - Franklyn Sills

Connect Body & Mind

Inspired by the insights of Gabor Maté, "The essence of trauma is disconnection from the self," . BCST invites reconnection with your body, mind, emotions and your inner resources, through stillness, gentle presence, and deep listening.

Unwind Nervous system

Informed by Polyvagal Theory and anatomy, Craniosacral therapy supports the nervous system in shifting out of survival responses (fight, flight, or freeze) into a state of safety, connection, and rest. As Dr. Stephen Porges writes, "Safety is the treatment."

Somatic bodywork

As Bessel van der Kolk writes in The Body Keeps the Score, "Trauma is not the story of something that happened back then, but the current imprint of that pain, horror, and fear living inside." Craniosacral therapy offers a space to meet and gently unwind that imprint in a safe, resourced way

FAQ

What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)?
It is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the nervous system and the body’s natural rhythms to release tension, calm the system, and support deep healing. It uses light touch to support the craniosacral system — the structures and fluids around the brain and spinal cord — helping the body return to a state of balance, flow, and stillness.
What can Craniosacral Therapy help with?
Craniosacral Therapy can support a wide range of issues, including: stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, chronic pain, headaches and migraines, digestive conditions, emotional processing and trauma integration, nervous system regulation etc. Even if there is no specific condition, many people benefit simply from the deep rest and connection that Craniosacral Therapy provides.
What does a session feel like?
Most people experience Craniosacral Therapy as deeply relaxing. You’ll lie fully clothed on a treatment table while I use light, still touch to tune into your system. People often describe feeling sensations of warmth, spaciousness, gentle movement, or emotional release. Sessions are always led by your body’s pace and readiness, nothing is forced.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different. Some people feel a shift after just one session, while others benefit from ongoing support over time. If you’re working with long-standing patterns or chronic stress, several sessions may help create lasting change. We’ll check in together about your goals and what feels right for you.
Is Craniosacral Therapy safe for everyone?
Yes , It is very gentle and non-invasive, making it suitable for people of all ages, including babies, pregnant individuals, and those with complex or chronic conditions. If you have any specific health concerns, we can discuss them before your session to ensure the work feels safe and appropriate.
How much does a Craniosacral Therapy session cost?
A standard session is £65, lasting around 50 minutes. Additional 10 minutes for in-take interview for the initial appointment.
Do you offer discounts or packages?
Yes. I currently offer packages. 3 sessions for $180 (valid for 3 months) and 5 sessions for $280 (valid for 5 months).
